By accessing this website, logging in via Discord, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
This website is a companion hub to our Discord server, providing dashboards, bot-related features, progression systems, and purchasable digital content such as roles, access, or downloadable content ("Digital Goods").
All services are provided as-is and may change or be discontinued at any time.
Use of the website requires a valid Discord account and compliance with all server rules. Continued access is conditional on remaining in good standing within the Discord server.
All payments are processed via Stripe.
By purchasing, you agree that:
- All purchases are for digital goods or access
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL
- NO REFUNDS are provided under any circumstances
- Digital Goods are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and grant revocable access only
If you are kicked, banned, or otherwise removed from the Discord server for any reason, including rule violations or administrative action:
- You permanently lose access to the website and services
- All purchased Digital Goods, progress, and access are forfeited
- You are not entitled to any refund or compensation
Such removal is considered a result of your breach of these Terms and/or server rules. All moderation decisions are final.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.
Chargebacks or disputes may result in permanent bans, termination of access, and revocation of all Digital Goods. Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested through Stripe.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of access, loss of data, loss of progress, or discontinued services. Use of the website is at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
